Neil Geary
Middleton, MA – The Procopio Companies announced the hiring of Neil Geary to the role of chief financial officer. Geary will be the firm’s first CFO in its over 70 year history.
At Procopio, Geary will be responsible for the financial oversight of Procopio’s rapidly-expanding portfolio. He will also play a pivotal role in Procopio’s continued growth into new markets across the New England region and beyond, as he oversees all financial activity for the firm.
Geary possesses more than 25 years of experience in real estate development and financial management, previously working at three private development firms in Massachusetts, and a REIT in Washington, D.C.
His experience spans multiple asset classes including mixed-use properties, hotels, commercial real estate, and residential projects, with significant involvement in ground-up developments. He has overseen a wide array of financial activities throughout his career, including private equity investments, construction loans and permanent loans.
