Manchester, CT – Fuss & O’Neill, a civil and environmental engineering firm, has announced that Larry Bouvier has become an owner of Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions, LLC.

Bouvier has 30 years of experience in heavy industry and specializes in reliability engineering, total productive maintenance, and lean manufacturing. He has been with the firm for six years.
