Fort Point New Hires 

Boston – Fort Point Project Management recently welcomed three new Associate project managers to the firm:

Catalina Montanez

Catalina Montanez brings three years of experience as an architectural designer and project manager.  In her new role, she is focusing on phased, corporate construction projects, facilities planning, and move coordination. She is currently working on a phased renovation of a 120,000sf law office in Boston, providing detailed furniture plans and coordinating with carpenters to maximize the reuse of existing furniture in the new space.

Thomas Cunningham

 Thomas Cunningham recently graduated from Boston University. In his new role, he will focus on the firm’s life sciences market, currently supporting a 250,sf biotechnology relocation and coordinating the occupancy of an addition to a local research and development facility.

Shirley Ng

 Shirley Ng brings two years of experience in facilities planning. In her previous role working with Shire, she worked with  clients to provide space allocation and renovations. In her new role at Fort Point PM, she  is  working on multiple relocation projects in Providence where she is managing art inventory, coordinating 1,500 pieces of lab equipment, and transitioning professors and staff to a new administrative and research development building.
