Burlington, VT – ReArch Company announced that it has been named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Vermont. The firm has been named to the list for the past three years.
The awards program was created in 2006 and is presented in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management, Vermont State Council (SHRM), and the Vermont Department of Commerce and Community Development and Best Companies Group. This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employment places in Vermont to benefit the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The 2021 Best Places to Work in Vermont list is made up of 50 companies.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
- Be a publicly or privately held business;
- Have a facility in the state of Vermont;
- Have at least 15 employees working in the state of Vermont; and
- Be in business for a minimum of 1 year.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Vermont. The first part, worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation, consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part, worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation, consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
The final rankings for each category will be announced at a special awards presentation to be determined at a later date. Each business on the list will be highlighted in the April issue of VBM.
