Everett, MA – Choice Hotels International hosted local dignitaries and business leaders on April 11 to celebrate the groundbreaking of enVision Hotel Boston Everett, part of the Ascend Hotel Collection. The hotel is the second of four upscale properties that plan to open.
The 101-room boutique hotel was designed by Khalsa Design and is being built by Aberthaw Construction. The hotel is set to open in 2017.
Local dignitaries and business leaders celebrated the groundbreaking of enVision Hotel Boston Everett.
The groundbreaking featured remarks from Congressman Capuano; Joseph McGonagle, state representative; Sal DiDomenico, state senator; Mayor Carlo DeMaria; John Hanlon, Everett city council president; Fred Cafasso, president of Everett chamber; the enVision Hotels’ president, Gautam Sharma; Shikha Talwar, SVP Revenue Development of Global Vision Hotels; and enVision in-house designer, Jessica Smith, who highlighted key elements of the hotel as well as the growth of the city as a destination for business and millennial travelers.
