Cambridge, MA – Essex Builders Corp. has secured a $3.6m contract from Just-A-Start Corporation to construct Elm Place, a 25,000sf mixed use development in Cambridge. The Architect of Record, VMY Vitols Architects, Inc. of Newton prepared construction documents employing a conceptual design developed by Dingman Allison Architects, Inc., P.C. of Cambridge.
The four story building will incorporate a tasteful blend of select retail space at street grade with nineteen residential units.
