East Windsor, CT – Erland Construction recently announced the award of Element One in Stamford, Connecticut, a mixed-use rental housing development. This new apartment complex, designed by Gooding Architecture of Stamford, is being constructed for Element One LLC of South Norwalk.
Located at 111 Morgan Street, Element One will encompass 175 1- and 2-bedroom units in five wood-framed stories above a steel and concrete podium with space for commercial tenants. The finished project will also include two levels of structured parking. Anticipated completion is May 2016.
Element One is Erland’s second project in downtown Stamford. The firm recently celebrated the Topping Off of the 21-story Summer House development located at 184 Summer Street.
