Erland Promotes Three: Craft, Landry, and Leahy

Burlington, MA – Erland Construction, Inc. recently announced three personnel promotions.

Craft

Steve Craft

Tewksbury, Mass. resident Steve Craft has been promoted to project executive in the Academic/Commercial/Technology Group. Craft will provide preconstruction planning for the group and serve as a valuable resource in establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards. An Erland employee for 34 years, Craft heads up the company’s Advisory Group. He holds a B.S. degree in marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and is a member of the Boston College Diamond Club Board.

 

 

Landry

Chris Landry

Chris Landry of Pelham, N.H., has been promoted to director of purchasing. He joined Erland in 1996 and has rotated through positions in estimating, project management, and field management. Landry joined the Purchasing Department in 2003, where he gravitated toward ensuring the best value for clients when buying out a job. In his new role as director of purchasing, he performs the purchasing function for many trades and oversees the purchasing done by project management personnel to ensure compliance with Erland policies and client service standards. Landry holds a B.S. degree in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

 

Leahy

Mary Leahy

Medford, Mass. resident Mary Leahy, LEED AP, has been promoted to project manager. Leahy began her career at Erland in 1997 in the Accounts Payable group. She proactively pursued increasing responsibility and learned the fundamentals of project management. She became an assistant project manager and earned her LEED AP credential, where she not only had primary responsibility for many projects but was also indispensable to her clients. Leahy is a candidate for a B.S. degree in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
