Portland, ME – Environments at Work, New England’s Haworth office furniture dealer, has expanded its office into a larger space in Portland. The new 2,500sf office and showroom space is located at 30 Danforth Street in the heart of Portland’s historic Old Port district.
Designed in partnership with Portland-based architecture firm SMRT, the contemporary aesthetic includes a color palette of rich brown and dark grey with energetic accents.
The interior shell is host to product displays featuring the use of glass, wood and texture creating a clean and crisp environment.
The showroom space displays a variety of furniture products and industry trends. Featured are fully integrated furniture solutions: Haworth’s full-height movable walls and raised flooring products.
The open layout of the showroom also houses a library resource center that is open to customers and designers, as well as a touch-down space for working on projects with access to conferencing, a lounge and kitchen.
