Wayne, PA – National engineering firm, Woodard & Curran, has expanded its presence in Pennsylvania with the opening of its newest office, located at 575 Swedesford Road, Suite 102, in Wayne.
The firm also welcomes seven new members to its industrial water/wastewater practice. The following team members will be based in Wayne:
Patrick Cyr
Patrick Cyr, PE, BCEE, is the firm’s new industrial water/wastewater vice president and practice leader. He brings to the firm 25 years of experience in all aspects of industrial water/wastewater, including alternatives evaluations and process design through detailed design, installation and system startup.
Ed Helmig brings 35 years of experience to his role as senior technical manager. He will provide leadership in developing approaches to solve client problems related to industrial water and wastewater and serve as a company-wide mentor bolstering technical development.
Rich Colvin, PE, has 33 years of experience in environmental research, development, and consulting. He will pursue his focus on developing improved techniques for designing and operating biological wastewater treatment systems with an emphasis on toxic, hazardous, and difficult-to-degrade wastes.
Ed Helmig
Susan Ambler, PE, joins as a project manager. She offers a decade of experience in project management and industrial wastewater engineering focused on modeling, detailed and conceptual designs, with experience in permitting and compliance.
Mary Beth Miller, PE, joins as a project engineer. Her seven years of experience centers on industrial wastewater treatment, system conceptual and detailed design, biological treatment, modeling, wastewater characterization, bench and pilot testing, water conservation and reuse, and environmental permitting.
Brad Kaley, PE, also joins as project engineer. His six years of experience has focused on industrial wastewater treatment, groundwater treatment, acid mine drainage, bench scale testing, conceptual and detailed design, cooling water intake and cooling tower evaluations.
In addition to the above six, Domagoj Gotovac, PE, joins as client manager and process engineer and will be based in Los Angeles. His 20 years of engineering and business development experience will help Woodard & Curran develop new client relationships and support the growth of existing relationships across the firm.
