Engineering Firm Announces Promotions

Middletown, CT – Consulting Engineering Services (CES) announced 15 employee promotions, including two principals.

CES announced four promotions to associate, two team leaders, three project managers, three senior engineers, and a senior designer promotion across six of its seven offices.

Jim Kowalski, PE was elevated to principal. With CES for 19 years, he is the firm’s leader in geothermal design. A professional engineer, LEED accredited professional and certified geo-exchange designer, Kowalski manages CES’ Bozeman, Mont. office.

Michael Bouchard, PE was also promoted to principal. A licensed mechanical engineer, he has been with CES for eight years. He oversees CES’ human resources department ensuring that the firm’s values are carried forward through all new hires and internal relationships.

In Connecticut, Jeanine Palmieri, Eric Gebrian and Sam Masciulli were named associate. David Banks and Steven Kingston have been promoted to senior mechanical engineer. Cody Pereira has been elevated to project manager, and Adam Keithan is now a senior electrical designer.

In Massachusetts, Joseph Sacchetti has been promoted to senior plumbing and fire protection engineer. In the New Hampshire office, recently opened in 2022, Curtis Chase has been promoted to team leader and Patrick Crilly to project manager.

In Florida, Annette Ben-Habib has advanced to associate. In New York, Yan Pereira is moving into the role of team leader. Adam Iglehart, who has worked in three of CES’ seven offices, was promoted to project manager, currently in the Bozeman, Mont. office.
