Susan O’Brien
Westford, MA – Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc. (Sanborn Head) announced that Susan O’Brien joins the firm as project manager and Timothy Snay joined the firm as vice president.
O’Brien is a licensed site professional with more than 20 years of experience planning, performing, and managing complex multi-phase investigations and remedial actions at contaminated properties. She helps clients navigate the requirements of the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) with the goal of property reuse and redevelopment. O’Brien brings strong project management discipline that she combines with an interest in building trusted relationships with clients and other members of her project teams.
Tim Snay
Snay is a licensed site professional and licensed environmental professional who has collaborated with project teams to balance the technical, regulatory, and financial needs of a project. Through his more than 30 years as a consulting scientist, he has developed expertise in environmental due diligence, site investigation and remediation, brownfields redevelopment, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in the environment and building materials, and emerging contaminants.
