Manchester, NH – Brookstone Builders, Inc. recently completed a renovation project for the State of New Hampshire Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.
The project involved a complete renovation of the bathhouse at Ellacoya State Park, a public recreation area located on the southwest shore of Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford, N.H. The scope of work included select demolition and the installation of a new roof, siding, railings, floors, walls, and plumbing fixtures along with some mechanical and electrical upgrades.
