EBI Consulting Welcomes Maienza

Steve Maienza

Burlington, MA – EBI Consulting announced that Steven Maienza has joined the firm as chief digital and innovation officer.

Maienza is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, business process re-engineering, strengthening the client experience, and more.

He has served clients in the insurance, banking, financial services, and retail industries, leading strategic initiatives to support company growth including authoring and overseeing execution of information architecture, analytics, and business intelligence roadmaps; implementing cybersecurity programs; and establishing cloud strategies; all initiatives that EBI continually looks to improve upon.

As an entrepreneur, he has founded, built, and sold his own IT consulting company, and has also held senior positions driving significant organic growth at three other consulting companies.

More recently, he held roles as chief information officer at an insurance company and chief digital officer, establishing and running a digital transformation practice.

Maienza has earned the following certifications and degrees: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, and Certified Scrum Master. He earned a BS in Computer Information Systems and MBA in Finance from Bentley College.

Maienza and his wife have four kids, and when he isn’t working, he spends his spare time hiking and biking with his family, and restoring houses built in the Victorian era.
