Boston – City Kids, a youth education nonprofit founded by City Realty Group, has donated $10,000 to West End House, a youth development agency in the Allston-Brighton community. The donation will be used to further the success of the Boston students spending time at West End House and support the organization’s high-impact programs that ensure young people are succeeding academically, exploring the arts, developing career readiness skills, and adopting healthy lifestyles.

Representatives of City Kids and City Realty Group delivered the check and received a full tour of the West End House campus at 105 Allston Street. The facility includes an education center, art room, gym, indoor basketball court, indoor pool, and outdoor space.  Youth can express themselves creatively at West End House, from staging plays in the state-of-the-art New Balance Foundation Pavilion to mixing and producing new music in the sound studio. City Kids and City Realty Group are longtime supporters of West End House and its mission.

West End House has a mission to inspire and enable youth from all backgrounds, especially those most in need, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.  Youth come from nearly every Boston neighborhood to participate – approximately 60% of youth reside in Allston-Brighton and 40% live in other neighborhoods, including Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Roslindale, Fenway, South Boston, and East Boston.
