Beverly, MA – Beverly-based architectural firm DMS design, llc is on the move. Just since January, the company has doubled its space and introduced a new mobile-friendly website. DMS specializes in single- and multi-family projects, affordable housing, and aging-in-place renovations. Also, four new employees were added in the past year, with plans to hire additional design professionals.
The new, 3,000sf office more than doubles DMS’s previous space and will allow the firm not only to bring more employees on board in general, but also to grow its interior design and aging-in-place services.
DMS is now located in the 100 Building of the Cummings Center. “We wanted to stay right here,” noted DMS co-owner and COO, Lorie Skolski. “We moved our office here nine years ago, and this is the fourth time we’ve been able to expand while remaining in this dynamic business community.”

The new website showcases DMS’s expanded service offerings as well as the firm’s growing portfolio of work, which ranges from single-family homes across Massachusetts to large, multi-family projects throughout New England, as well as DMS’s work on restaurants and other commercial buildings.
