Matt DiVito
Boston – Grand Coast Capital, a national private lending and real estate investment firm based in Boston, announced recently that Matthew DiVito has joined the team as senior associate for acquisitions.
In this role he will be responsible for managing acquisition processes, providing detailed analysis for all potential acquisitions and developments, creating and presenting investment memorandums and recommendations, and coordinating with third parties including lenders, brokers, and consultants.
DiVito has six years of experience in the investment industry,f where he worked with large institutional funds and public REITs with a specialization in the acquisition and redevelopment of distressed retail assets.
