The annual awards were presented during an event at the Museum of Science in Boston on Oct. 20.
DiBiase Homes’ Blu Haven received three awards:
- GOLD: Best Attached Home Over 1,800 sq. ft.
- SILVER: Best Multi-Unit For-Sale Community – Attached or Detached
- SILVER: Best Interior Merchandising of a Model: Average Sales Price Over $650,000 with Morr Interiors
Blu Haven, a 55+ development, features two- and three-unit buildings which are sited to create an intimate neighborhood that maintains easy access to the main thoroughfare. A large emphasis on exterior spaces is met through rear decks, front farmer’s porches, courtyards, and walking trails.
Diandra DiBiase Bilodeau is a third-generation manager for her family’s real estate development business. She joined the company in 2015 and has built and sold over 200 homes. For the last eight years, she has been a project manager and recently was promoted to senior development manager. Recently, she was responsible for Blu Haven, a $45 million development. It broke ground in November of 2020 and the first home closed in October of 2021. She strategically bought out the project from vendors to ensure supply chain issues did not hinder the completion of units, and she closed on 25 units in just eight months. To date, she has successfully sold over $1 million in upgraded interior selections to 35 buyers.
The PRISM Awards recognize the finest projects and outstanding achievements of builders, remodelers, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketing/advertising firms, interior designers, and other professionals in the home building industry.
