Ellington, CT – Deer Valley North Townhomes received a 2018 Home Building Industry (HOBI) Award for “Best Rental Townhouse Community” from the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Connecticut, Inc. The award was presented to Santini Homes at the HBRA of Connecticut’s 25th anniversary annual awards banquet held Nov. 13 at the Aqua Turf in Southington.
