For the past 15 years, the Green Building Awards have recognized outstanding sustainable building projects built in the state, and projects built or designed by Connecticut firms. This year’s event will feature a keynote by CEO of Hartford Area Habitat for Humanity, Karraine Moody. The keynote, “Let’s Dream Green Together,” will address the need for housing and sustainability to have an equal priority both now and for future generations.

The CTGBC selects a new panel of independent jurors every year. This year’s jurors were Leonard Wyeth of Wyeth Architects, LLC; Karla Butterfield of Steven Winters Associates; Antonia Ciaverella of Tecton Architects; Steven Burke of Consigli Construction Co.; and Katherine Jacobs of the City of New Haven.
