Boston – The Boston office of commercial real estate firm Cresa welcomed Greg Lewis as a principal. With more than 20 years of experience in facilities planning and operations, he will lead business development efforts within the life sciences market.
While many sectors have seen a significant reduction in demand in the wake of COVID-19, the life sciences market in Greater Boston has remained quite active, according to the Cresa Q3 Cambridge lab market report.
Prior to joining Cresa, Lewis was a project executive and head of the life sciences team at J. Calnan & Associates. Previously, he was a vice president and national life sciences sector head at STV | DPM.
