Boston – Cresa Boston announced that Mark Coelho has joined the firm as a senior vice president. In this role, he will leverage his more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience on behalf of tenants in the suburban Boston real estate market, particularly along Route 128, Route 2, and I-495.
As senior vice president he will provide his clients with services including comprehensive lease audits, strategic site selection, lease negotiations, financial analyses, “lease versus buy” examinations, and lease buyouts/subleasing.
Prior to joining Cresa Boston Coelho was a senior vice president at Avison Young where he helped establish the company’s Boston office in 2011. Before that, he spent eight years at Grubb & Ellis where he also focused on the suburban commercial property market.
