Cresa Boston Named a Top Place to Work

Boston – The Boston office of Cresa, an occupier-focused commercial real estate firm, has been recognized as one of the Top Places to Work for 2018 by The Boston Globe.

The 11th Annual Top Places to Work recognition applauds the most admired workplaces in the state, based on anonymous feedback collected through an employee-based survey. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.

Cresa Boston invests in sustaining a positive workplace culture, and also embraces numerous charities such as the Greater Boston Food Bank, Pan-Mass Challenge, Habitat for Humanity, and the Special Olympics of Massachusetts, which helps employees rally together internally. It also promotes team building and helps build morale.

The rankings in the Top Places to Work are based on confidential survey information collected by Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention, from nearly 82,151 individuals at 318 organizations in Massachusetts. The winners share a few key traits, including offering progressive benefits, giving their employees a voice, and encouraging them to have some fun while they’re at it.
