COVID-19: A Statement from PWC-CT

by Roxanne Perugino

As we all find ways to work through this uncertain time, the Professional Women in Construction Connecticut chapter (PWC-CT) is taking all the necessary precautions to protect our members and greater community while we continue to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 virus.

Given the guidance of both the CDC and state of Connecticut on managing the spread of coronavirus, including mandated stay-at-home requirements and travel restrictions, PWC-CT has made the decision to cancel our upcoming April 7, “Future of Construction” and May 5, “Southern New England Healthcare” programs. We know this is the right thing to do for the well-being of everyone involved. Our PWC-CT committee members are already working to reschedule these events during the next program year (2020/2021). We will provide updates once the details have been finalized. We appreciate your support and understanding during this unprecedented time. As we all work to keep our staff, colleagues and loved ones safe and well during COVID-19, we wish you all our best.”
