Cottage Advisors Hosts 1st Annual Spring Pocket Park Party

The party also featured the Grand Opening of the neighborhood’s new Durgin designer model home.

Durgin_ExteriorAs construction on the neighborhood nears completion, Cottage Advisors expects interest in the community to remain high. With two homes already sold in the last week, The Cottages at River Hill has only two homes and the new model remaining for reservation.

In addition to the official opening of the pocket park, prospective home buyers toured the community’s new Durgin designer model home. The layout features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a 1st floor master suite, large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and up to 2,430 square-feet of living space. The floor plan can be customized to include any combination of the following upgrades: master bath spa package, expanded kitchen/island package, chef’s kitchen, finished lower level with gas fireplace, wide 5″ oak floors, and sunroom.
