Construction Manager Selected For New Scarborough Public Safety Building

Scarborough, ME – Landry/French Construction has been selected as Construction Manager for the new $17 million public safety building in Scarborough. Construction is anticipated to begin in July 2018 with estimated completion in December 2019.

Designed by Context Architecture of Boston, the 53,000-square-foot combined police and fire station building will accommodate current public safety needs and anticipate community and staffing growth through 2041. The new facility will be located on town-owned land located adjacent to the Town Hall and bordered by US Route 1 and Sawyer Road.
