Construction Completed on Dartmouth Graduate Student Housing

Dartmouth Graduate Student Living in Lebanon, N.H.

Lebanon, NH – North Branch Construction recently completed the Dartmouth Graduate Student Housing Project at 401 Mt. Support Road in Lebanon.

The project includes four 4-story apartment buildings providing 309 units with 628 beds featuring unit configurations of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans. Each apartment building also provides student study, gathering, and fitness spaces, as well as bicycle and additional resident storage space.

Clubhouse

A central clubhouse provides community gathering spaces, fitness facilities, mail and package delivery service areas, work and office space for resident use, and an onsite management office for Michaels Student Living, LLC. The project also included the construction of an operations building providing work area and storage space for the facility’s maintenance team.

The project, constructed on a 53-acre greenfield site owned by Dartmouth College, was designed, permitted, and constructed by the developer, Michaels Student Living, LLC out of Camden, N.J. Michaels Student Living, LLC owns and manages the community with a long-term ground lease from Dartmouth College.

JSA, Inc. of Portsmouth was the architectural design firm on the project and Vanasse Hangen Brustlin of Bedford provided civil and landscape engineering services.
