The 3-story, 56,500sf building, which incorporates climate resilient design and will be net zero energy-ready, will utilize a geothermal well field on campus, and is designed to include a future photovoltaic array.

This project marks the first new building in more than a decade for the state’s largest community college and the first of several planned upgrades for the almost 50-year-old campus.
