Concord, NH – Cobb Hill Construction recently completed the renovation of an old Victorian home, originally built in the 1800s. Prior to Cobb Hill’s transformation of the space, it was used as a medical office It is now Lakeside Smiles, a pediatric dental facility.
Although much of the building was outdated and needed much attention, it was brought up to code and converted into an office.
Significant structural alterations were made to accommodate the medical features and equipment for this new pediatric dental space.
