Business intelligence is a “catch all” term that can mean a broad spectrum of reporting and processes.  This overview session will explain business intelligence concepts as they apply to the construction industry.

This session will cover best practices for reporting packages, construction key performance indicators you should monitor to measure the health of your organization, effective use of Excel, and using dashboards to convey key information.

We’ll also cover ways to make your organization more proactive through better analysis.  You can stop the fire alarms going off in your company if you have a good understanding of where you make and lose money by job type and PM, your job margin erosion, your cash position and your project backlog.
