Integra Headquarters
Shirley, MA – Senate Construction Corporation was recently awarded a Project Achievement Award from the Construction Managers Association of America, New England Chapter for its outstanding work on the design/build of a 40,600sf addition to Integra Companies’ corporate headquarters in Devens, MA.
In 2001, Senate built Integra’s existing 30,000 square foot corporate headquarters. Years later, Integra began to outgrow that facility, and Senate again expanded the building to accommodate the company’s growth. The 40,600sf addition includes 20,600sf of office space and 20,000sf of warehouse space.
Both spaces are Butler buildings, but this project is unique in that the warehouse was pre-engineered and the office space was built conventionally.
