Sarah Clark
Quincy, MA – The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 announced the organization recently honored Sarah E. Clark with the 2020 Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) of the Year Award. Clark was presented with the award during a virtual ceremony held by the organization on Dec. 2.
Clark is currently regional property manager for First Realty Management, which she joined in 2013 after working for several years in property management in Florida. She earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification and is a Certified Property Manager candidate. She has also earned accreditation as a National Affordable Housing Professional-executive status through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
Earning the ARM credential is a valuable asset in the property management field that demonstrates excellence and a commitment to continuing education toward becoming more successful in the field.
