Chapman GC for UNH Renovation

Durhan, NH – The University of New Hampshire has awarded the Parsons Hall – Iddles Wing renovation project to Chapman Construction/Design.

The 13,000sf project includes the improvement of two large lecture halls, two flat-floor classrooms, and adjacent corridors and stairwells, as well as the replacement of the associated HVAC system. In addition, it will create a new student commons space.

Harriman Associates is architect and engineer.

The Iddles Wing has not been considerably renovated since it was constructed 50 years ago. In addition to the interior upgrades, a new exterior storefront entrance will be installed. These upgrades to Parsons Hall will provide the students, faculty, and visitors of the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences with an updated and improved space for learning and collaboration.

The entire project team is actively collaborating in the preconstruction phase to help meet the tight summer schedule and complete the project prior to the start of the fall academic year.
