CENTURY 21 Commonwealth Hosts Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

Wakefield, MA – CENTURY 21 Commonwealth recently held an Open House/Ribbon Cutting ceremony to showcase its new location at 85 Albion Street.  Previously, the company  was located at 29 Albion Street.

Nick Patsio, a founding partner of CENTURY 21 Commonwealth, and a number of agents from the Wakefield location, along with Office Manager Paula Anzalone, were greeted by a number of local and state officials who turned out to congratulate the 10+ year old company on opening another location.

State Representatives Donald Wong and Paul Brodeur were both in attendance at the ribbon-cutting, and presented a citation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Legislature, congratulating the firm on its newest location. The Representatives were joined by Alexander Castillo-Nunez, District Director for State Senator Jason Lewis, who also presented a commendation from the Massachusetts Senate. Local Wakefield officials included Chairman of the Board of Selectmen Paul DeNocco, Selectman Tony Longo, and Town Administrator Stephen Maio.

“CENTURY 21 Commonwealth is very pleased at the warm reception we had not only at our recent ribbon-cutting but also throughout the community,” said Patsio. “We have helped many Wakefield residents find new homes throughout the years that we have been here, and we look forward to continuing this tradition in the months and years ahead.”
