Bill Carpenter
North Reading, MA – Columbia announced the promotion of longtime team member Bill Carpenter to vice president, preconstruction & estimating.
Carpenter, who began working at the construction management firm in 2005, will ensure planning and preparation for all Columbia projects. He will assume the role immediately.
At Columbia, Carpenter has worked in a variety of preconstruction and estimating roles on projects in the life science, healthcare, corporate, academic, and hospitality sectors.
