Cambridge, MA – GUND Partnership has once again been recognized by AIA New England as an AIA New England Emerging Professional Friendly Firm. This award recognizes GUND’s commitment in 2020 to helping its youngest professionals achieve licensure and excel in their architecture careers. GUND is one of only 29 firms in New England to receive the designation.
GUND is a leader in the industry on diversity, as compared to the 2019 AIA New England Emerging Professional Friendly Firm survey results. Forty percent of firm leadership and 63% of Emerging Professionals at GUND are women and 38% of Emerging Professionals identify as a racial or ethnic minority, as compared to 30%, 42% and 15% of medium firms (10-49 employees) surveyed.
