Norwood, MA – Callahan Construction Managers of Bridgewater, working in partnership with JSA Architects, has completed Benchmark Senior Living on Clapboardtree in Norwood.
The 73,000sf senior housing property is composed of 90 apartments, as well as a memory care unit to provide services for those with illnesses that impair memory.
The facility has 21 memory care units and 69 assisted living units throughout. There are 35 studio units, 30 one-bedroom units, and 25 two-bedroom units. The facility includes a commercial kitchen, library, day spa, onsite dentist office, exercise room, arts/crafts room, beauty salon, bistro kitchen, dining areas, courtyard, pergola, and landscaped grounds.

The completion of this property follows an ongoing partnership between Callahan and Benchmark Senior Living.
