Everett, MA – BWK Construction Co., Inc. served as the General Contractor for the conversion of the former Saint Joseph’s Rectory into condominium units.
The primary focus of the renovation was the seamless integration of the existing character of the building with that of the revised layout requirements, which allowed for the extensive reuse of the interior millwork, slate roofing and porch systems.
The third floor living space was expanded upon with introduction of dormers that blended flawlessly with the design aesthetic of the exterior of the building. The Rectory renovation embodies the benefits of modernity, while paying homage to the craftsmanship of yesteryear.
