Business Advisory Firm Moves Boston Office

Boston – blumshapiro, a regional business advisory firm based in New England with offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Virginia, recently announced it has moved its Boston office location, from One International Place in downtown Boston to Two International Place.

This new location, leased by blumshapiro, offers 9,995sf of office space on the 22nd floor of the Financial District skyscraper.  Previously, blumshapiro subleased approximately 3,500sf of office space on the 16th floor of neighboring One International Place.

The new expanded Boston location was a strategic decision by blumshapiro to ensure the firm could better service their clients headquartered downtown, as well as provide a more convenient working solution for blum’s employees who live downtown.  Brian Renstrom, managing partner of the firm’s Massachusetts offices and director of blum’s Advisory Sources Group, will lead this new location.

Although blumshapiro received their certificate of occupancy in late March, the space remained vacant until recently in adherence with the Massachusetts reopening plan.  blumshapiro plans to fully adhere to the 50% occupancy guidelines now in place, and is ensuring all cleanliness, distancing, and PPE protocols are being followed.  Additionally, elevator and parking garage caps will come into play in terms of staffing levels.

Under optimum conditions, the space is configured for about 50 to 60 people, with 35 individual workstations, 14 private offices, and a 16-person conference room that overlooks Boston Harbor.
