Greenfield, NH – American Steel & Precast Erectors recently announced that it has agreed to terms to purchase the assets and ongoing business operations of Buckner Steel Erection, a division of Buckner Companies, in Graham, N.C. ASPE and BSE entered into a strategic partnership in 2016, leading to the acquisition. The current management team and skilled labor force will remain in place in Graham.
