Shad Brook
Middleton, MA – The Procopio Companies announced the hiring of Shad Brook to the role of director of operational excellence.
Brook has 15 years of experience in quality of operations and quality assurance. In his newly established role, he will apply manufacturing principles to Procopio’s construction operations to standardize processes and procedures, ensuring value creation and efficiency are top of mind for continuous improvement. He will contribute to the strategy, vision, and overall performance of the company as it enters a critical phase of growth.
Prior to joining Procopio, Brook spent four years as senior manager, operations quality for Raytheon Technologies.
