Boston – Boylston Properties recently announced that Andrew Copelotti has assumed the position of principal. An industry leader with over 6,000 units of multi-family development and construction experience in the Greater Boston market, Andrew’s immediate major responsibility is managing the development of Boulevard & Bond, the 425 residences at Arsenal Yards, a mixed-use destination development in Watertown, Massachusetts.
Additionally, he is responsible for sourcing and managing future residential projects for Boylston Properties. Copelotti previously held the position of Vice President of Development for Equity Residential where he completed 900 luxury rentals and 1,206 underground parking spaces.
