Seekonk, MA – Bowerman Associates announced it has completed renovation of the Ford dealership located at 200 Fall River Ave. in Seekonk for Tasca Automotive.
Highlights from the project include construction of a new 4,000sf showroom, new parts counter, new service write-up, new restrooms, a customer café, and a new lounge area.
All the service bays received new epoxy coated floors and interior paint and new high efficiency glass garage doors. The entire facility and parking lot lighting systems were upgraded to LED high-efficiency lighting in accordance with the National Grid’s rebate program.
Another major component of the project included the coordination and regrading and reconstruction of approximately four acres of parking lot, paving, and striping.
The project team included Vision 3 Architects of Providence as the designer, Diprete Engineering of Cranston as civil engineer, and Advance Electrical of Smithfield as the electrical subcontractor handling all electrical and lighting upgrades.
The completion of the Ford dealership marks the third project that Bowerman Associates has been hired to complete for the Tasca Family in the last two years.
