Bowdoin Construction Hires Two

Brendan O’Leary

Needham Heights, MA – Bowdoin Construction announced the recent hiring of Brendan O’Leary as assistant superintendent, and Stephen O’Shea as senior project coordinator.

O’Leary has returned to the firm, having previously worked at Bowdoin from 2015 to 2018. He will be supporting the field staff as well as coordinating and implementing a more enhanced use of Procore. His ability to assist field operations will be a big asset on the firm’s busy job sites, according to representatives of Bowdoin.

In his role, O’Shea will strengthen the interface between the firm’s estimating and operations teams and external project stakeholders. With over 30 years in design and construction, he adds to Bowdoin’s capability to collaborate with its design partners to provide design-build solutions for clients.
