Salem, NH – Bowdoin Construction Corp. recently completed a 30,000sf lab and office fitout for Boston Analytical in Salem. The project, designed by Margulies Perruzzi, included 20,000sf of chemistry, stability, and microbial labs, a 2,000sf ISO 5 clean room, and 8,000sf of reception, office, and dining space.
Interior features include new lab casework, fume hoods, epoxy floors, and a new energy-efficient HVAC system with high-efficiency boiler plant.
