Beverly, MA – Tobias & Battite has relocated its Beverly practice from Cabot Street to a custom-built facility at 48 Dunham Ridge. The audiology firm took occupancy of its 2,000sf space at the Cummings Properties–operated campus in January.
Founded in 1974, Tobias & Battite provides personalized hearing solutions for individuals of all ages and at all stages of hearing loss. In addition to its Beverly office, the firm has a location in Downtown Boston on Temple Place.
Cummings Properties leasing officer, Joe Greer, worked directly with Tobias & Battite president, Brian Fligor, Ph.D., P.A.S.C., on the lease, which includes a custom medical buildout completed by Cummings’ in-house design and construction teams.
Cummings Properties senior account manager, Mary Carroll, said, “Dunham Ridge is an ideal setting for growing medical practices because of the availability of high-value build-to-suit space just minutes away from Beverly Hospital.”
Dunham Ridge is a 54-acre business and technology campus currently under development. Next to North Shore Music Theatre, it is accessible via Exit 19 on Route 128.
When Cummings Properties acquired the site in late 2011, it had just one building and one 10,000sf occupant. Since then, Cummings has built a 154,000sf building and a 500-car parking garage, with construction on two more buildings and a second parking garage nearing completion.
Other firms at the rapidly expanding campus include New England Biolabs, Microline Surgical, PROVA US, spmd, System 7 Wolfers, Gatehouse Media, Acculab Measurements Standards, GreenBananaSEO, and Harmonic Drive.
