Jim Baugh
Waltham, MA – Dakota Partners announced Jim Baugh has joined the firm as executive vice president of acquisitions & development.
In this role, Baugh will lead the Acquisitions and Development teams in seeking and implementing projects throughout New England and Ohio.
In his career, Baugh has held leadership roles with several developers and equity syndicators in the affordable housing industry, and has experience leading teams responsible for development, investor relations, and asset management.
