Manchester, NH – Brookstone Builders, Inc announced that they have been awarded a renovation project by the State of New Hampshire Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.
The project will involve a complete renovation of the bathhouse at Ellacoya State Park, a public recreation area located on the southwest shore of Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford.The scope of work will include select demolition and the installation of a new roof, siding, railings, floors, walls, and plumbing fixtures along with some mechanical and electrical upgrades. Scott Launier will serve as Brookstone Builders’ project manager.
