Cohasset, MA – Axiom Architects was recently awarded the 2 Smith Place Building project in Cohasset.
The three-story mixed-use building will feature 17 one- and two-bedroom condominium residences on all floors and some commercial space on the first floor. The project encompasses 22,800sf and is expected to be completed over the next one to two years.
The structure will be designed to fit into a traditional New England-style of architecture, with gable-style roof forms and traditional detailing.
