Cambridge, MA – The 2016 ACEC/MA Engineering Excellence Competition Award Gala was held on March 16.
Air Water Energy Engineers, Inc. (AWE) won both a Bronze Award and the Small Firm Award.
The awards were based on the firm’s submission of the LEED Platinum Athol Public Library renovation and new addition project completed in 2013.
AWE provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering as well as energy modeling services for the project.
AWE’s president, George Hu, P.E., LEED AP, received the awards at the gala on behalf of the firm.
